I had an extremely disappointing experience with dubious practices at the salon. I had to wait for 25 mins with an appointment since they were running behind. I was charged Rs 1600 each (total Rs 3200) for a manicure and pedicure, and noticed that the cash price was lower than paying by card. Unfortunately, a receipt was not provided. In my international experience, manicures are typically priced lower than pedicures due to the difference in time, effort, and skill required. I am disappointed with the service and the apparent lack of skill or commitment among the staff. It was neither worth my time nor money. Rating by service - Pedicure - 3.5/5 ( the technician skipped the base and top coat Vs. on the advertised base coat, 2 coats of paint. & top coat). Manicure - 2/5 (the technician appeared to be distracted and kept disappearing often)

Visited this place while in Mysore due to their Instagram page. Great marketing but bad service. Seems like the hype about curly hair was used only for marketing but is not really taken seriously by the employees there. I got deep conditioning done post which they were supposed to wash and dry my hair the CGM way. I was hoping that they’d be aware of how and what’s of hair type. But clearly they only knew the basic way of how to treat curly hair. After asking about why a curl gel was not used the response I got was the product contains both curl cream and gel. Post which I asked for more information and the response I got was “just get it done”. I asked for heat protectant since a diffuser was used, I got a response saying “not required”. Another service I requested was French manicure, when it was almost done, the staff informs that there is no white paint so we can’t go with French nails, the whole point of it is the French nails, why take the amount specified for French nails when I don’t get the service for it. Pointless. I still paid up because, 1. Extremely frustrated 2. The staff had an inside joke about everything and everyone that passed by. 3. Felt very uncomfortable by the behaviour of the receptionist who basically had zero interest apart from getting service completed irrespective of the customer being satisfied. Suggestion: don’t market things that you can’t achieve, and also customer satisfaction should be your priority over staff’s entertainment.

Previously I had a really messed up haircut from a different salon, I came to Flaunt hoping they could fix my hair. Keku, the owner did an amazing job, I am super happy with my cut. With short hair it is really difficult to find a good hairdresser for ladies in Mysore, I can highly recommend this place and Keku. Thank you again! 🙏 …
